  • 170 g almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 56 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 170 g mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir to combine.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix together the almond flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the almond flour mixture. Knead with your hands until a dough forms.
Step 5
Form the dough into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
