This easy spinach lasagna is a perfect dish for a family dinner. It's packed with nutritious spinach, layered with rich ricotta cheese, and topped with a savory marinara sauce. The combination of flavors will delight your taste buds and it's super simple to prepare!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 300 g of mozzarella cheese, 80 g of parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

In a large skillet, sauté spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

Add the chopped spinach to the ricotta mixture and stir to combine.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Place 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta-spinach mixture over the noodles. Top with 1/3 of the remaining marinara sauce and 1/3 of the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layers two more times, ending with a layer of marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
