  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 240 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 480 ml marinara sauce
  • 240 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
