Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, 180 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a pizza crust shape about 1 cm thick.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until it is golden and cooked through.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 100 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese and add your desired toppings.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
