  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 900 g ground beef
  • 240 ml ketchup
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
