Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 grams gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 30 grams parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Pour the milk over the mixture and let it soak for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
