  • 8 slices bacon
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 240 ml cheddar cheese
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble the bacon.
Step 3
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 5
Add the steamed cauliflower, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
