Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, dill, salt, and black pepper.

Brush a baking dish with some melted butter and lay down the first phyllo dough sheet. Brush the sheet with melted butter and repeat with half of the phyllo sheets.
