  • 60 g celery
  • 480 ml chicken broth
  • 240 g crabmeat
  • 30 g flour
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 480 ml milk
  • 70 g onion
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add celery and onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
