  • 60 g butter
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1200 ml chicken broth
  • 240 g flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g pepper
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 g thyme
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Add the chicken breasts, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce heat and let simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes. Remove the chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk to form a dough. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into small squares.
