Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Fill a saucepan with water and add the white vinegar. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Crack each egg into a small bowl and gently slide them into the simmering water. Poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Aleppo pepper and cook for about 1 minute until the butter is fragrant and slightly browned.
Step 5
To serve, spread the garlic yogurt on a plate, place the poached eggs on top, and drizzle with the melted butter and Aleppo pepper mixture.

Garnish with fresh dill and an additional pinch of salt if desired.
