Ingredients

  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 500 grams beef sirloin tips
  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 15 grams cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml water
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef sirloin tips. Cook until browned on all sides.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add this mixture to the skillet.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer until the sauce thickens and the beef is tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve the beef tips over the cooked rice.
