  • 240 grams cheddar cheese
  • 300 grams cooked pasta
  • 450 grams diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 450 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a large casserole dish, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
