  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 150 g chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 1 g ground nutmeg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 425 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.
