  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 60 ml honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the pork tenderloin with the spice mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
