Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 500 grams fish fillets
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 potato
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Heat through but do not boil.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
