Ingredients

  • 1 lb bread dough
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 225 g pepperoni

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Step 3
Brush the dough with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Step 4
Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Roll the dough tightly into a loaf, pinching the seams to seal.
Step 6
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Brush the top of the loaf with the beaten egg.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 9
Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
