Maja Blanca is a popular Filipino dessert made from coconut milk, cornstarch, and sugar. It has a creamy texture and is often topped with latik or toasted coconut.
Directions
Step 1
In a large pot, combine the coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Stir well to mix.

Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water until smooth.

Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot while continuously stirring to prevent lumps.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a paste-like consistency.

Add the sweet kernel corn and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased dish and spread evenly.

Allow the Maja Blanca to cool and set for at least an hour.

Once set, top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
