Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well combined.

Brush the glaze all over the ham, making sure to get in between the slices.
