  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 L milk
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g rice
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
Step 3
In a large saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the rice is tender, stir in the sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Add the raisins and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
