In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, lamb, and pork.

Add the minced garlic, baking soda, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the meat mixture.

Pour in the sparkling water and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Shape the meat mixture into small sausages, about 10 cm in length.

Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
