  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1.5 kg corned beef brisket
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 cups water

Directions

Step 1
Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the carrots, potatoes, and garlic around the brisket.
Step 3
Pour in the water and add the bay leaves and black pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
