Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 175°C (350°F).

Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
