  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 900 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 300 g cream of chicken soup
  • 400 g egg noodles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Step 4
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream.
Step 6
Serve the chicken stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
