  • 0.5 cups cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
