In a large pot, combine the plums, onion, apple, and raisins.

Add the brown sugar, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, until the chutney thickens, stirring occasionally.

Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves.
Step 6
Let the chutney cool before transferring to sterilized jars.
