  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, and onion soup mix. Form the mixture into patties.
Step 2
Dredge the patties in flour and shake off the excess.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Brown the patties on both sides.
Step 4
Transfer the patties to a slow cooker.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, water, and beef bouillon cube. Pour over the patties in the slow cooker.
Step 6
Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms on top.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the patties are cooked through and tender.
