  • 2 acorn squash
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.

Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the butter mixture over the squash halves.
