  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g ground cinnamon
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.

Place the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in a greased baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
