  • 250 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Clean the pumpkin seeds by removing any pulp and rinsing them under cold water. Pat them dry with a towel.

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds with vegetable oil, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.
Step 4
Spread the coated pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are golden brown and crispy.

Let the seeds cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
