  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellowing outer leaves.
Step 3
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half if they are large.
Step 4
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Step 5
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
