Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil. Add the meatballs in batches and brown on all sides. Remove the meatballs and set aside.

Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the Instant Pot and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Pour in the chicken broth, then add the browned meatballs back into the pot.

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
