  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 350 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 450 grams pasta
  • 200 grams pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 680 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 4
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
Step 5
Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat sauce, half of the pepperoni slices, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and grated parmesan cheese.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
