Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 egg
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and milk.

Shape the mixture into small, round croquettes.

Coat each croquette in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
