  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 4 yellowfin tuna steaks

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Step 2
Place the yellowfin tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the tuna is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and place them on the grill. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Grill the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
