Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and mustard powder to create a dry rub.

Rub the pork shoulder with the dry rub, making sure to cover all sides thoroughly.

Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and smoke for about 6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

In a spray bottle, mix the apple cider vinegar, apple juice, and water.

Spritz the pork shoulder with the mixture every hour to keep it moist.
