  • 30 ml honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 475 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.

While the water is heating, slice the lemon and the ginger.

Once the water is boiling, add the lemon slices and ginger to the saucepan.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
