Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheet according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and white sugar together.

Melt the butter and brush it onto one side of the puff pastry sheet.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.

Fold the two long sides of the pastry towards the center, meeting in the middle.

Fold the pastry again in the same manner, then fold one half over the other, creating a palmier shape.

Slice the folded pastry into 1 cm thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
