  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 125 grams flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 450 grams strawberries
  • 200 grams sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Mix until smooth.

Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
Step 5
Place dollops of cream cheese evenly over the batter.

Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese and batter.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top.
