Directions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and flour together.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip them in the eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place the shrimp in the basket in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
