  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 240 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Pound the pork cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 2
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
In another dish, beat the eggs.
Step 4
Place the breadcrumbs in a third dish.
Step 5
Dredge each pork cutlet in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the cutlets in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
