In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, water, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Whisk until smooth to form the crepe batter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook until the underside is lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.

In another bowl, mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth to make the filling.
