Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 60 g butter
  • 600 ml chicken broth
  • 500 g cooked turkey
  • 30 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 g spaghetti

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
Step 4
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Add the shredded turkey, salt, and black pepper to the sauce and mix well.
Step 7
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and turkey mixture. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
