  • 60 ml fish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 20 g shredded carrot
  • 50 g sugar
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the water and sugar, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Add the fish sauce and fresh lime juice to the bowl, mixing well.
Step 3
Stir in the minced garlic, thinly sliced red chili pepper, and shredded carrot.
Step 4
Allow the sauce to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
