Ingredients

  • 2 Ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 15 ml Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 60 ml Soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Step 2
Rub the mixture onto both sides of the ahi tuna steaks.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Sear the tuna steaks for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
