Blanch the green beans in a large pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the blanched green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, red onion, celery, and parsley.
