  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 200 grams ramen noodles
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt.

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with the bacon and garlic. Toss to combine.
