  • 450 g bow tie pasta
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Cook the bow tie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Step 5
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 6
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
