  • 4 slices dill pickle
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 sesame seed buns
  • 30 g sweet pickle relish
  • 15 ml white wine vinegar
  • 10 g yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and white wine vinegar to create the special sauce.
Step 2
Form ground beef into thin patties, about the size of the buns.
Step 3
Cook the patties on a hot skillet or grill until they are well done.
Step 4
Toast the sesame seed buns.

Assemble the burger by spreading the special sauce on the bottom bun, adding a lettuce leaf, a slice of American cheese, a beef patty, and a few slices of dill pickle.
