Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a large rectangle.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs onto the puff pastry, leaving a 2cm border around the edges.

Spread the apple mixture over the bread crumbs.

Roll up the pastry from the long side, tucking in the ends to seal.
